You can order easily and quickly through our website (www.myskin-plug.com). Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you are ready to proceed with the order, do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and selecting your preferred payment method.

Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Rush Shipping times:

• We offer same day delivery for local orders within Lagos State.
• However, same day deliveries must be received and payment confirmed on or before 10AM same day. 
• We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays, and all rush orders will be delivered on the next business day. 

Standard Shipping times:

• Local orders within Lagos State take 1 - 2 business days to be delivered to you while orders to other States in Nigeria take 2 - 5 business days depending on location.
• Shipping time for international orders might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. This will be advised when your order is received. 
• We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping cost:

• Please see applicable costs at checkout.
• Please select correct delivery fee for your location to avoid delays to your order being processed. 
• International orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
  
• We also accept offline payments via direct bank deposit (bank details are provided upon order confirmation).
• We do not offer Payment on Delivery. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Nigerian Naira.

Your 100% safety and satisfaction is important for us and as a result, we do not accept returns and/or offer exchanges for products already delivered to a customer. 

However, we will be happy to exchange products prior to shipment of your order. Please immediately email skintalk@myskin-plug.com with the subject 'Exchange' and include your order number, name and the items you would like to exchange.
